Registration Method

Please make entry of all the items of registration form, and send to the Executive Secretary by an e-mail.

After the reception of registration form, we inform it of a registration charges by an email or Fax.

And, please pay your registration fee into our bank account.

Cancellation

Registration fee can be refunded (without cancellation fee of JYE 5,000) upon receipt of a written notification by the Congress Secretariat no later than September 30, 2008. No refund will be made after October 01, 2008.
